1. THE WATERCOLOURS

This ground-floor unit was redesigned to feel bright, airy, and connected to the outdoors. The den and powder room were converted into a fourth ensuite bedroom, and architectural details like wood-panel wallpaper and a custom entertainment wall were added.

The result is a coastal-modern retreat that balances light, calm, and functionality.

2. BRITANNIA RESIDENCE

One of our boldest transformations, the Britannia Residence redesign, entirely reimagined a 3,050 sq ft home. The renovation emphasizes openness, warmth, and modern functionality.

Key improvements included an expanded kitchen, a butler’s pantry, a dedicated laundry area, and a sleek home office. Smoked-oak tile, honed stone surfaces, and matte-black finishes gave the space a sophisticated, timeless aesthetic.

3. THE RITZ RESIDENCE

This residence at The Ritz‑Carlton was transformed from dark and compartmentalized into a bright, serene retreat. The kitchen was opened and enlarged, the flooring throughout was updated, and custom rift oak millwork was added for warmth and cohesion.

The neutral palette of cool grays and smoky blues created a calming, elegant atmosphere, making the home both inviting and luxurious.

4. BATHROOM RENOVATION

IDG reimagined this compact 108 sq ft bathroom into a spa-inspired oasis. By repositioning the door, introducing botanical colors, adding dual shower heads, installing a freestanding tub, and incorporating warm wood elements, the space now feels luxurious and inviting — a small area with maximum impact.

5. KITCHEN RENOVATION

Our featured kitchen renovation improved flow, storage, and usability while introducing a clean, contemporary design. Thoughtful cabinetry, lighting, and finishes transformed the space into a functional and welcoming hub for cooking, gathering, and everyday living.
