This comprehensive interior renovation reimages a private residence at The Ritz-Carlton into a sophisticated, modern retreat designed for both family living and refined entertaining.

To create a brighter, more timeless foundation, we replaced dark gray carpeting with Calacatta-finish tile throughout. The existing U-shaped kitchen was transformed into a spacious, open-concept layout, doubling in size to accommodate effortless cooking and dining, particularly for preparing the client's authentic Chinese cuisine.

Custom white rift oak millwork brings cohesive warmth and understated luxury to the kitchen, bathrooms, and closets, complemented by a serene palette of cool grays and smoky blue accents. The result is a clean-lined, light-filled interior that strikes a balance between everyday functionality and elevated design.
