IDG presents the first phase of the Watermark Residence 03 design, a seafront residence in the prestigious Watermark development on Seven Mile Beach. This initial stage features a carefully curated furniture package, designer light fixtures, and elegant ceiling wallpaper accents, establishing the foundation for future enhancements, including wall treatments and bespoke finishes.

A serene palette of whites and soft creams forms the interior’s foundation, reflecting the surrounding ocean and sky. Black accents, warm wood tones, and marble details introduce depth and refined contrast, while curved accent furniture softens architectural lines and large-scale contemporary artwork brings personality and visual impact. Layered rugs subtly define open-plan living zones, combining comfort and sophistication.

Outdoors, plush cream seating frames uninterrupted sea views, extending the elegance of the interiors to the patio. This first phase delivers a harmonious balance of coastal refinement, modern luxury, and understated elegance—setting the stage for the complete realization of one of Seven Mile Beach’s most exclusive residences.
