Step inside our recently completed renovation, where we've transformed an ordinary garage into an efficient, relaxing, light-filled office space. This project brief called for creating a versatile area with a kitchenette, a lounge with a daybed, ample storage, and a full bathroom equipped with laundry facilities. The result is a stunning, highly functional, modern boho-style retreat featuring neutral tones, subtle black accents, coastal elements, wood, and stone finishes with porcelain floor tiles that mimic polished concrete throughout. Key features of this project include an impressive floor-to-ceiling black frame window that has replaced the original garage door and the woodgrain storage cabinets and bathroom vanity adorned with rattan inserts. The clean white kitchenette packed with all the essential appliances and storage space reiterates the practicality of the design. At the same time, built-in office desks exhibit shiplap accent walls for an extra touch of character. Every detail has been meticulously selected, from organic light fixtures to artful terrazzo shower tiles, elegantly paired with modern plumbing fixtures to create a space that epitomizes barefoot luxury.
