As the Cayman Islands’ longest-standing interior design company, IDG has a mission and vision to help people live well. When it comes to our community, it’s no different. We aim to give back to this beautiful place we call home and make a lasting impact wherever possible.

IDG IN THE COMMUNITY

We support several programs, initiatives, and events yearly to give back and make a meaningful difference.

  • Black and white photo of a woman with shoulder-length hair, wearing earrings and a patterned top, speaking or explaining something.

    ACTS OF RANDOM KINDNESS

In partnership with ARK’s CASA Program, which aims to improve living conditions for Cayman families in need, we donate second-hand furniture, building materials and manual labor to help create safe and healthy living conditions for people in our community.

  • Three women in medical masks smiling in a hospital room, holding signs that say "Chemo Treatment 4" and "Last day of Chemo" while one woman sits in a hospital bed.

    THE BREAST CANCER FOUNDATION

IDG has been a supporter of The Breast Cancer Foundation for the past 20 years with annual donations to their Gala fundraiser and Light Up the Night events. Our Principal is the lead volunteer for the hugely successful Cold Cap program, which helps patients retain their hair throughout the duration of their chemotherapy treatments, while lending emotional support, precious time, and resources to the survivors.

  • A black and white photo of a small white dog with dark eyes and a black nose, walking towards the camera on a fluffy white rug in a bright room.

    ONE DOG AT A TIME

Each year, we partner with One Dog at a Time (ODAT), a not-for-profit that rescues dogs and puppies from the pound where they’re at risk of euthanasia. The IDG team gathers supplies such as unopened dog food, treats and toys for the shelter and promotes adopting or fostering ODAT dogs to help them find a forever home.
